Visionary Perspective
This perspective allows the organisation to follow a strategy that has emerged from the vision of the organization and the desired future state. This might occur when the organisation is dominated by a leader, and visionary theories can be passed from one leader to another within the culture of the organisation. A leader such as this can occur in an organisation that people have founded or organisations that have reached crisis point. It is less common, but still apparent, that visions are associated with small groups of people rather than individuals.
