Planning Perspective
The most traditional view on how strategic decisions are made is by planning in the organizations. This perspective does indicate that strategy formulation is a distinctly intentional process involving a rational, logical and planned approach to the environment and organisation. It can also be said that using the planning techniques in an analytical and systematic way that the right decision will be made.
